We believe that success starts with relationships, and we understand that getting healthy is more than just eating well and exercising. This is why we get to know more about people than just their physical health.
Through one-on-one conversations and assessments, we learn about health risks and concerns — and we find out what other things in your life may make it difficult for you to get healthy and stay healthy.
Every year, we will work with you to set small but realistic health goals for yourself.
We will help you get the support you need to move past barriers like childcare and transportation so you can reach your health goals.
We offer two plan options, Standard and Enhanced, which provide the same health benefits coverage. The difference between these plans is that our Enhanced Plan requires members to complete additional health improvement steps to take advantage of lower copays and monthly premiums.

Members of the Enhanced Plan will be enrolled in this program. The first step is working with our health coach to create your own Comprehensive Health Improvement Plan, which includes specific yet realistic health goals.
The CHI program also requires that you attend health education courses each year. Below is a list of our current courses. Please contact us for details about when they are offered.
In this class, we will explore the Domains of Health, including physical, mental/emotional, and social well-being. You will learn about the importance of setting health goals and how these goals impact your daily lives and interactions with others. Through interactive activities and discussions, you will develop a deeper understanding of how each domain contributes to your overall health and wellness. This class is a one-time requirement for new members.
In this class, we will learn about the impact of stress on the body and mind. You will discover practical and easy-to-use stress management activities to help you cope with daily stressors. Through interactive sessions, you will gain valuable skills to manage stress effectively, promoting a sense of well-being and balance in your life
Part I
We’ll talk about your gut, the tiny living things inside it (like bacteria), and why they’re important for your body. You’ll learn how the bacteria helps with food, keeping you safe, and staying healthy. We’ll do activities to show you easy ways to help your gut bacteria, so your body stays strong and happy.
Part II
We’ll learn more about how the food you eat affects the good and bad bacteria in your gut. We’ll talk about which foods help your gut and which don’t. Through activities and talking, you’ll know how to keep your gut healthy, so you feel good every day.
In this class, we will learn what mindfulness is, a holistic approach to managing daily stressors. Through engaging discussions and practical exercises, they will discover how mindfulness can enhance well-being.
Additionally, we will explore mindful eating, emphasizing the importance of being present while eating and how it differs from dieting.
In this class, we will engage in a no-equipment-needed exercise routine designed to improve overall fitness. The class begins with a 15-minute warm-up to prepare the body for movement, followed by a 30-minute full-body workout. Each exercise is adaptable to individual needs, ensuring safety and effectiveness. The class concludes with a short cool-down to promote relaxation and recovery.

Join us for invigorating outdoor hikes in local parks and trails! Each hike, lasting 45-60 minutes, offers a refreshing way to stay active and enjoy the beauty of nature. Hikes are scheduled year-round, providing a perfect opportunity to connect with the outdoors and boost your fitness levels in a fun and scenic setting.

Join us for a special Healthy Holidays class! Learn valuable tips and tricks to stay healthy and balanced during the holiday season. Discover quick and easy healthy recipes that you can enjoy with your family and friends, ensuring a happy and nutritious holiday for everyone.
In this class, we will explore the principles of holistic medicine, which considers the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—when treating health issues. They will learn about alternative and complementary therapies that aim to treat the root causes of conditions, promoting overall wellness and balance.
Join us for Nutrition Hot Topics and Controversies! In this class, we will explore various diet types and programs, providing unbiased information to help you make informed choices about nutrition. Learn the basics of different dietary approaches and gain insights into navigating the sometimes-confusing world of nutrition.
